Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to subscription plans and digital services purchased from Eliminateyouthan through eliminateyouthan.world.
1. Digital Services
Our evening routine planning services are delivered digitally. Upon subscription, you receive immediate access to the features included in your chosen plan.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, if you begin using the digital service during this period with your express consent, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once full access has been provided.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not typically provided
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased services that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Requests made within the 14-day withdrawal period where services have not been substantially used

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription periods that have already been accessed and used
- Services purchased more than 14 days ago without extenuating circumstances
7. Changes to Plans
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Price differences are calculated proportionally where applicable.
